                                 WANTED:   BMET EXPERTS IN ALL FIELDS

The members of MEPCIS together represent hundreds of years of experience in the field.

All of us are experts in one or more specialties. Whether it is a particular vendor’s equipment

or specializing in high tech Imaging Equipment, for example, we all have unique troubleshooting

 experience and skills. No specialty is too small and all BMETs have an important role in patient care and safety.

 

 We all can benefit from this vast amount of experience by sharing it with other members of MEPCIS. 

 By emailing your permission with your contact information and list of specialties, an excel spreadsheet

can be made available for MEPCIS members.  This would be emailed to members each time the list was updated. 

 

 With the BMET profession now one of the top fields to work in, this is an opportunity to work together

for our common goals and recognition. In addition, the law of supply and demand places BMET professionals

 in a position to barter for a higher base line for our wages.  Together we can increase our wages, provide for the

best in patient care and safety and take a leading role in technology assessment and policy wherever we are employed.

 

 Attached is an excel spreadsheet with an example of my specialties.  All suggestions are welcome to make

this information a valuable resource for us all.
